2009 Potomac Valley SRTs Homepage

Welcome to the homepage for the 2009 Potomac Valley AAU Girls’ Basketball Super Regional Tournaments ("SRTs").

This page will include the following information about 2009 SRTs:
. 2009 SRTs hosted by a Potomac Valley club
. Potomac Valley teams qualifying for Division I Nationals at any SRT nationwide.

Currently, the only SRT scheduled to be hosted by a Potomac Valley member club is the Team Sol SRT on April 4-6; see details below.

2010 Super Regional Tournaments

Team Sol SRT Produces Twelve Qualifiers; Six from Potomac Valley

Team Sol is the only Potomac Valley member hosting a Super Regional Tournament ("SRT") for the 2009 season; it was held at the Capital Sports Complex in District Heights, MD from April 3-5.

The qualifiers for Nationals were:

10u: PotomacValley Vogues 1st place

11u: Maryland Mustangs 1st (deferred bid to Georgia Jaguars 2nd Place)

12u: Western Pennsylvania Bruins 1st Place

12u: Team Sol Basketball -Reese 3rd Place (2nd Place team previously qualified Potomac Valley Vogues)

13u: Team Sol Basketball –Mainor 1st Place

13u: Maryland Lady Stars 2nd Place

14u: Maryland Lady Shooting Stars 1st Place

14u: Maryland Flames 2nd Place

15u: Maryland Lady Shooting Stars 1st Place

15u: Western Fairfax Basketball Club Mustangs 2nd Place

16u: Three Point Line Sports 1st Place

16u: Maryland Lady Comets 2nd Place
