The meeting was called to order by Andy Stadnik at 7:40 pm at Fall Church HS Room 107

This listing was not reviewed but update available – 11 BW clubs have 5 or more members; only 1 BA club (MdSUF) has 5 or more members

Reminder: Please look into data base to ensure your players and non athletes are listed and if not you will need to contact Jackie Markham at AAU National to have them associated with the correct club codes.

The December meeting minutes were reviewed and approved by unanimous vote of the 3 clubs present.

            DQT Host - Bids Due - 1/12  actual 1/19 complete

            DQT Hosts Final Listing, Rule Changes, Officiating Update - 2/09

            DQT planning - venues, officiating training, club reports - 3/09
