Call to Order and Clubs in Attendance
The March 12, 2008, meeting of the Potomac Valley AAU (PVAAU) was held at Falls Church High School in
Falls Church, Virginia . Andy Stadnik called the meeting to order at 7:35pm.

DQT Information
Packets. Packets are due on Wednesday, April 9, 2008. The packets must include: roster, BCs (no originals), copy of signed AAU cards, $475.00 club check/money order/cash to host club.
Medals. Motion from the floor (BLC/CB) to approve the purchase of 30 gold/silver/bronze medals per age group by PVAAU GBB funds. Second (TS/RS). Motion passes.
DQT sanctioning fee. Motion from the floor (AM/JB) to approve DQT sanction fee by PVAAUI GBB. Second (BLC/CB). Motion passes.
Third party insurance. Motion from the floor (AM/JB) to approve Third Party insurance fee by PVAAU GBB. Second (BLC/CB). Motion passes.
New Business
An issue was raised concerning the 30 second shot clock in Medal Round play. It was inconsistently used last year at the 13s and perhaps at other age groups. The conclusion was that the 30 second shot clock must be used in all games in the Medal Round.
Next meeting
The next PVAAU GBB Committee meeing will be Wednesday, April 9, 2008 at Falls Church HS
