Day 5 -- After 1-Point Loss, Classics Fall in Another Close Game to Finish 5th
Championship Bracket. The PV Classics lost a heartbreaker, 52-51, to the ISSA Lady Elite on Monday morning in Kingsport. Playing another very close game, the Classics came up just short their evening game, losing 54-49 to the TN Team Hustle.
Congratulations to the Potomac Valley Classics for their 5th Place finish.

Day 4 -- Classics Go 2-0 Championship Winner’s Bracket Play
Championship Bracket. The PV Classics got off to a great start in the 13U D-II winner’s bracket, going 2-0 on the first day of action. The won their first round game 72-64 over the TN Storm and then defeated the Dayton Lady Hoopsters 44-42 in their second round game. They play at 9:00 on Monday morning.
Classic Bracket. The Vogues, Flames and Stars were all eliminated from the Classic Bracket in the first day of play.
Day 3 -- Classics Win First Game in Championship Bracket Play
Championship Bracket. The PV Classics took their opener in bracket play 72-64 over the TN Storm. Their next game in the double elimination tournament is Sunday at 10:30 AM.
Classic Bracket. The Potomac Valley Vogues won their first game of bracket play on Saturday. The Flames and Fairfax Stars both lost their openers and face elimination games in early Sunday action.
Day 2 -- Classics Win Pool and Are Only PV Team In Championship Bracket; Vogues, Flames and Stars to Classic
The Potomac Valley Classics took two games today to finish 3-0 in pool play and advance to the Championship Bracket. They are the only one of the four PV teams here in Kingsport to battle for the D-II title.
The Vogues split their games today to finish 2-2 and in 3rd place in Pool B. However, only the top two finishers in each pool advance to the Championship Bracket. The Fairfax Stars and Maryland Flames both went 0-3 and finished fourth place in their pools.
Bracket play starts on Saturday; both the Championship and Classic Brackets are double-elimination brackets.
Day 1 -- Four PV Teams Start Play Thursday in Kingsport; Vogues and Classics Start Off With Wins
Four teams from the Potomac Valley District, the Vogues, Classics, Flames and Stars, are entered in the 13-Under D-II Nation Championsips in Kingsport, TN.
In the first day of action, the Vogues and Classics both started off with big wins. The Flames lost their first game and the Stars dropped two games the first day.
The top two teams from each pool will advance to a double-elimination Championship Bracket. All other teams will play in the double-elimination Classic Bracket.
